Outcome

The project team assessed Rock Island Arsenal’s current operations and generated recommendations to enhance their digital capabilities. The top recommendations were implemented to give workers instant access to the data they need and to move away from paper models. The recommendations were designed with ROI in mind and could serve as a model for the rest of the nation’s arsenals. This has established a relationship that both parties are building on for further pilots and demonstration projects for flexible and responsive warfighter readiness solutions.
