Contract Services Office
The Contract Services Office (CSO) is a unit within the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Business and Finance in Urbana-Champaign. We are a service-oriented unit with the responsibility of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing certain types of contracts related to the business and administrative affairs of the University of Illinois at Springfield, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and all System Office units.
We review, process and execute a variety of contract types, including but not limited to:
Revenue Generating Services Agreements
Facility Use Agreements
Affiliation or Student Placement Agreements
