I’ve had these helicopters flying around me and over me for the last 5 years. I live in Kankakee county Illinois. The state of Illinois hd partnered with the department of defense militaryindustrial complex military & aerospace and their contractors and medial labs and department of energy laboratories and their research laboratories for whats called THE ILLINOIS SMARTSTATE BLOCKCHAIN INITIATIVE
